Bacon Pineapple Bites
1 lb Bacon
1 can Chunked Pineapple
1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1. Pre heat oven to 375F.
2. Cut the pound of bacon in half. Place brown sugar into a shallow bowl. Dredge the half slices of bacon in the brown sugar. Place a piece of pineapple on one end of the bacon and roll it up. Secure with a tooth pick
3. Place a cooling rack into a foil lined jelly roll pan. Place the bacon bundles onto the rack.
4. Bake for 25 minutes turning once half way through. Bacon should be brown and crispy. Remove from rack and place on a serving tray…enjoy
