Cheesy Beef Bowtie Pasta with Garlic Butter Delights You!

Ingredients

Bowtie pasta: 8 oz (about 225 g)

Ground beef: 1 lb (about 450 g)

Garlic: 4 cloves, minced

Butter: 4 tablespoons (about 60 g)

Cream cheese: 4 oz (about 113 g)

Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup (about 100 g)

Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon

Salt: to taste

Pepper: to taste

Directions

Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add cream cheese and stir until melted.

Add the cooked bowtie pasta and browned ground beef to the skillet, stirring to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.

Serve the pasta warm, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and optional fresh herbs for garnish.
