Ingredients

Head of Garlic- 1 chopped

Shallot- 1 Sliced

Neutral Oil- 2 cups

Soy sauce- 2 Tbsp

Rice wine Vinegar- 2 Tbsp

Gochugaru- 2/3 Cup (63g)

Chili flakes- 2/3 Cup (43g)

MSG- 2tsp

Sugar - 2Tbsp

Ginger- 1 large Knob grated

Directions

1- in a heat resistant bowl add gochugaru, chili flakes, msg, sugar, and grated ginger

2- in a separate pot add oil, garlic, and shallots then slowly boil

3- once garlic and shallots are browned strain oil to remove solids

4- bring the oil back up to near boiling

5-pour hot oil onto the bowl of spices and stir in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame seeds

6- add the fried garlic and shallots back in then store in something like a mason jar and refrigerate
