For the Chicken

700g Cubed Raw Chicken Breast

20ml Light & Dark Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 Lemon Juiced

2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking

10-15g Honey

For the Rice

480g Cooked Basmati Rice (120g per serve)

1 Red Onion finely sliced

1 Red Bell Pepper chopped

15ml Dark Soy Sauce

10g Honey

1/2 Lemon Juice

Garnish Green Onion

4 garlic cloves minced

1 Lemon Juiced

50-80g fat free or low fat Yogurt (Brand: Milbona)

Olive Oil for cooking

Directions

Mix & marinate then place into skewers

Mint Sauce:

200g fat free Yogurt (Brand: Milbona)

A good handful fresh Mint or dried Mint

4 Garlic cloves

1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper

1/4 Lemond Juice

Blend till smooth

Golden Rice:

208g Uncooked Basmati Rice

1/2 chopped Onion and Bell Pepper

1 tsp Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Salt

416ml Water

Bring to a light bubble then lower the heat and cover for 8 mins till fully cooked

Distribute into 4 equal portions then Serve & Enjoy!
