Malaysian Satay Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

½ Cup Peanuts

4 Garlic Cloves

¼ Cup Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoon Kecap Manis

1 Teaspoon Salt

2 Shallots

1 Teaspoon Fresh Galangal (Or Ginger)

3 Hot Red Chillies

1 Lemongrass Chopped Stalk (White Part Only)

½ Kg Chicken Breast

Directions

  1. Blend together together all the ingredients using a food processor or hand blender until smooth.

  2. Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours.
