Ingredients

Cranberry Chicken Sauce

6 Tbsp. butter

¾ cup shallot, diced

1½ tsp. pepper

¾ tsp. nutmeg

1 cup cider vinegar

1 cup maple syrup

1 cup dried cranberries

1. Saute shallots in butter and reduce by ½ .

2. Add spices, vinegar, and maple syrup.

3. Reduce by ½.

4. Add dried cranberries.

Chicken Topping

2¼ cup slivered almonds

5 oz. butter

3 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Salt & pepper

1. Combine all and toast until brown (about 10 minutes).
