2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup water

Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Directions

Blend everything until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Pour into a nonstick pan like a thin tortilla.

Cook a few minutes per side until golden.
