1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3½ cups milk
10 ½ oz cream chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 lb uncooked spaghetti
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
¾ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
🍝 In a large skillet or deep pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
🍝 Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
🍝 Pour in the milk and add the cream of chicken soup. Stir well to combine.
🍝 Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
🍝 Break the uncooked spaghetti in half and add it to the skillet. Stir to coat the noodles in the sauce.
🍝 Cover and simmer on low heat for about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
🍝 Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
🍝 Add crumbled bacon and mix well.
🍝 Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
Perfect comfort food in every creamy, cheesy, bacon-loaded bite!
