1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Suggested Toppings
kiwi fruit, fresh strawberries, blueberries , peaches, cherries.
Directions
Spread dough on a 12” pizza pan.
Bake until golden brown according to package directions.
Cool completely.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Frost cookie with cream cheese mixture.
Decorate with drained fresh fruit.
