2 tsp sesame oil

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup peanut butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp packed brown sugar

½ tsp red chili flakes

2 tsp water to thin mixture

Directions

Cooking Method: Pan-fry/sear • Air-fry • Grill • Skewer • Bake • Broil

Serving Suggestion: Great with noodles or jasmine rice, & a cucumber salad.
