Joyce's Coconut Hawaiian Pie

Ingredients

Single pie crust (graham cracker or baked pastry)

6 Tbsp flour

1/2 c sugar

20-oz can of crushed pineapple

2 bananas, sliced

1/2 c pecans, chopped

About a cup of coconut

Small container dream whip

Directions

Combine flour and sugar in saucepan, then stir in 1 - 20 oz. Can of crushed pineapple.

Cook until transparent and cool.

In a bowl, put sliced bananas, pecans, pineapple mixture, and coconut (use your judgment, maybe a cup).

Toss very carefully and turn into piecrust.

To serve, slather dream whip (the small container is the right size) on top.

Notes

This is vey refreshing.
