Ingredients

3 TBSP pancake mix

3 TBSP protein powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup protein shake

2 TBSP cinnamon apple sauce (optional)

Sprinkle cream cheese chips

2 TBSP yogurt

1TBSP light cream cheese

Directions

Mix powders and liquid until lumpy but incorporated. Sprinkle cream cheese chips on top, microwave 1:10.

Mix cream cheese and yogurt together and put on top of pancake, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
