Honey Garlic Carrots
- 1 bag of baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
•Preheat oven to 425˚F.
•Spray Everything Pan with Pam.
•Melt butter over medium-heat in a large nonstick skillet. Stir in the garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring very frequently. Do not burn the garlic.
•Remove from heat and stir in the honey and brown sugar; stir until thoroughly combined.
•Toss the carrots with the prepared sauce in the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
•Arrange in one layer and bake for 40 to 45 minutes; flipping halfway through, or until the carrots are browned and tender.
