Ingredients

my confession is i’m a hater of protein powder in overnight oats (why does it feel like I’m chewing on cement) so this is my solution using the viral tofu chocolate dessert hack!

Ingredients (serves 2)

130g oats

1 ½ tbsp chia seeds

240ml soy milk

120g vanilla soy yoghurt

290g silken tofu (drained)

60g dark chocolate

2 tbsp agave

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Pinch salt

4 tbsp almond or peanut butter

160g frozen raspberries

Directions

Start by adding the tofu, melted dark choc, agave cocoa powder and salt into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Combine the oats, milk, yoghurt and chia seeds into a bowl and mix well.

Grab 2 kilner jars/glass containers and split the chocolate mix, oats, almond butter and raspberries evenly between the two. Layering a few tablespoons of the oat mix, followed by a drizzle of almond butter, a handful of raspberries and a heaped tablespoon of the chocolate tofu.

Set in the fridge overnight, and enjoy in the morning! #tofudessert #tofurecipe #mealprepbreakfast
