8 oz @eatbanza Protein penne pasta (my personal favorite) packed with 11g of protein per 2oz serving

For the Chicken:

1 ½ lb (680g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp olive oil (or light butter spray

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning or more if desired

Honey Butter Glaze:

2 tbsp light butter (28g)

2 tbsp honey (42g)

1 tsp Cajun seasoning or more if you want

Pasta Sauce:

1 cup (240ml) low-sodium chicken broth

½ cup (120ml) Fairlife fat-free milk (or any protein milk)

½ cup (112g) low-fat cottage cheese, blended smooth

½ cup (56g) reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp tomato paste (for richness)

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for depth)

Fresh parsley or green onions
