Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Skillet

Ingredients

12 oz package shaved beef steak

1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini

2 bell peppers, diced

½ yellow onion, diced

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp butter

1½ cups heavy whipping cream

2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Directions

Dice the bell peppers and onion.

Heat a large skillet and add a little oil. Sauté the peppers and onions for 2–3 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add the shaved steak to the skillet. Drain any excess grease. Season with salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove the steak and veggie mixture from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the tortellini according to the package directions.

Turn heat to low. Add the butter and heavy cream to the skillet until it starts to bubble.

Add the shredded cheese and stir until fully melted.

Add the cooked tortellini and the steak mixture back into the skillet. Stir well until combined.
