Whole Orange Blender Cake (Gluten Free, Lower Sugar)

1 whole orange (large)
3 eggs
2 cups gluten free oats (or regular)
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 cup oil (coconut, avocado, olive, etc.)
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (or thick dairy free yogurt)
3/4 cup maple syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (or powdered monkfruit)
milk (splashes until you reach desired consistency)
orange zest
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8in round pan with parchment paper.
In a high-speed blender, blend all cake ingredients until smooth.
Bake for 50 min, until slightly golden. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Mix icing ingredients until you reach your desired consistency. Slowly add the milk in while you do this!
Pour the icing on top, option to add orange slices, slice, and enjoy!
