Chicken:
2 chicken breasts (600g)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp low & dark soy sauce
Sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
20g of honey
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Rice
280g cooked rice
Remaining sauce
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
3 Green onions
1 tbsp Sesame seed

Checklist
STEP 1 - Slice your chicken breasts into halves, season with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and soy soy. Make sure both sides are well seasoned
STEP 2 - In a bowl add light and dark soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and chilli flakes. Mix till combined
STEP 2a - chop red onion, bell pepper, and green onion separating whites and green.
STEP 3 - bake chicken in oven at 375 for 20 minutes
STEP 4 - cook bell pepper, onion, and spring onion whites in pot, add salt and pepper
STEP 5 -Add baked chicken to pot, add sauce. Let the sauce caramelise for 2-3 mins.
STEP 6 - add cooked rice with the rest of the sauce.
STEP 7 - garnish with green onion green and sesame seeds
