3 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 Cucumber Finely chopped
½ Red onion, finely chopped
1 fresh jalapeño, finely chopped
10 sprigs fresh coriander, finely chopped or Dried
½ lime, juice only
½ tsp sea salt flakes
Directions
Put the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and coriander in a bowl and mix well. Add the lime juice and salt and mix again.
Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
