Ingredients

24-32 oz of polish kielbasa

2 TBS butter

1 Onion diced

6 black pepper corns

3.5 oz bacon (optional)

4 lbs of sauerkraut

1 bay leaf

2 cups of Chicken broth

1 green apple (optional)

6 juniper berries

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together in instapot

  2. Pressure cook for 22 minutes

  3. Vent

  4. Serve with mashed potatoes
