Say "yum" If You Would Eat This Banana Bread Baked Oats

40g of rolled oats
1 medium banana
80g high protein vanilla yoghurt / low fat greek
1 Egg
20g vanilla protein
I use a plant blend, but whey also works)
Quarter teaspoon of baking powder
50ml of almond milk (or any other milk of choice)
15g chocolate chips (I used a reduced sugar brand)
Optional extras - vanilla essence & Sweetener
This is an update from my previous banana bread baked oats recipe)
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes @ 180 celcius/350 farenheit or 30 minutes in the airfryer
Bowl is 620 ml from Kmart (Here in Australia)
Calories - 498
Carbs - 54.9
Fats - 11.6
Protein - 39.1
All calculated & weighed on a food scale)
Just so you know, this is an updated version of my previous recipe - I added egg & yoghurt for more protein
