APPETIZER 4 Ingredient Queso

Ingredients

20 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, grated

1 cup milk

1/3 Cup lemon juice. 2-3 lemons

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 can of rotel

Directions

1. Combine lemon juice and baking soda and allow it to fizz. It will expand so use a container with some height.

2. Once it’s settled, add to a pot with milk and bring to a light simmer.

3. Stir in cheese and turn heat to a simmer.

4. Drain liquid from rotel and add to pot

5. Once cheese has melted, blend on high until smooth.
