Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Avocado & Cilantro

Ingredients

500 g shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

6 small corn tortillas, lightly charred

1 avocado, diced

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

Warm tortillas directly over a flame or in a hot pan until lightly charred.

Assemble tacos: fill each tortilla with grilled shrimp, avocado chunks, and chopped cilantro.

Serve with lime wedges for squeezing on top.
