1 Tbsp Flour
1 Lb Beef Striploin cut into strips
1 tsp salt
1 Cup Mushrooms thinly sliced
1 Cup chopped onions
1 Clove Garlic minced
1 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste or Ketchup
1-1/2 Cups beef stock or 1 Can Bouillon
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Cooking Sherry
Directions
Combine 1 Tbsp flour and salt, dredge meat. Heat skillet and add 2 Tbsp butter. When melted add meat and brown quickly Browning all sides. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic and cook 3-4 minutes until onion is tender. Remove meat, mushrooms, onion from skillet set aside. Add 2 Tbsp butter, blend in 3 Tbsp flour, add ketchup and slowly add beef stock stirring until it thickens. Return meat, mushroom, onions and stir in sour cream and simmer for 2 hours.
