Ingredients

1/3 cup Rolled oats

1/2 cup Milk

1 tbsp Ground flaxseed

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 cup Raspberries

Directions

Combine oats, milk, flaxseeds and cinnamon in a bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.

In the morning, top with fresh or frozen/thawed raspberries.
