lukwarm milk 120ml

stir well

let it cool

on a separate bowl

add the potato mix

one large egg

mix well

bread flour 300g

sugar 30g

salt 2.5g

instant yeast 4g

mix well

olive oil 1tsp

mix well

rest the dough for 60min

pan size 25x11x7cm

oil the pan

sprinkle flour

make the bread

rest the dough for 60min

Bake in a preheated oven

180°C 20 to 25min

depends on the oven

let it cool before cutting

Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20-25 min
