Homemade Chipotle Steak Rice Bowl

1 1/2 cup White Rice

1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro

1/4 cup Tomato

1 tablespoon Red Onion

1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley

1 Lime

2 Avocado

to taste Salt

2 Beef Steak

to taste Ground Black Pepper

1/2 cup Canned Black Beans

3 teaspoon Sour Cream

1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce


Cook the White Rice (1 1/2 cup) following the package directions. Mix in Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon).

For the salsa, into a bowl add Tomato (1/4 cup), Red Onion (1 tablespoon), Fresh Parsley (1 teaspoon), and Lime (1/2).

Add the Avocado (2) into a bowl along with Lime (1/2) into a bowl. Season with Salt (to taste) and mash until smooth.

Take your Beef Steak (2) and season both sides with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Place them onto a very hot pan with no oil and sear for 2 minutes on each side.

Leave the beef steaks to rest for 2 minutes and then slice into chunks

To assemble the steak bowl add 1/2 cup of the cilantro rice, Canned Black Beans (1/2 cup), Beef Steak Chunks, Salsa, Sour Cream (3 teaspoon), Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup), 1/2 cup of the guacamole and finish with Shredded Iceberg Lettuce (1/2 cup). Serve and enjoy!
