1 (8-ounce) ball fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)

Fresh basil leaves

Extra-virgin olive oil (for drizzling)

Flaky sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Balsamic vinegar or balsamic reduction

Pesto

Sliced peaches

Fresh mint leaves

Avocado slices

Directions

Arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
