Holiday Hummus Wreath with Pomegranate & Pistachios!! Litera

Ingredients

2 @socotahini hummus kit

1/2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 cup chopped pistachios

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 packet @socotahini pesto tahini

1 packet @socotahini tahini & dates

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400.

Use on the of the hummus kits for the chickpeas. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then add to the sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes. Remove them from the oven and add the olive oil, salt and cumin. Toss the chickpeas, then place them back in the oven for 8 minutes.

Make the second hummus according to the package. Add the chickpeas to a food processor with the water, then process for 2 minutes. Add the tahini packets and process again for a minute.

Add the hummus to a plate and spread it out into a wreath shape. Top the hummus with the parsley, pistachios, pomegranate and chickpeas.
