Ingredients

1 cup of kamut (khorasan), popped in skillet or air popper

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup of almonds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup hemp seed hearts

1/4 cup chopped dates

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 TBSP canola oil

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

pop the kamut in a skillet over medium heat until most kernels are popped

roast the almonds and oats at 350F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown

Roughly chop the kamut, almonds, and oats in food processor wet mix

Microwave wet mix (peanut butter, maple syrup, oil, salt, dried fruit) for 30 seconds

Add dry ingredients to wet mix and stir to combine

Press firmly into casserole pan and refrigerate

Notes

tried adding whey protein powder but it dried out the mix and prevented it from binding
