Chocolate Chip Cookie

100g caster sugar
150g brown sugar
100g melted, brown butter
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
150g all purpose flour
1/2tsp baking soda
100g chopped dark chocolate
100g chopped milk chocolate
Directions
Melt the butter in a pan and keep stirring it till it turns brown and your house starts smelling heavenly. Let it come down to room temperature and then add it into a bowl with the caster sugar and brown sugar. Mix well.
Add the egg and vanilla, whisk some more before you add the dry ingredients and the chocolate. Using a spatula, fold gently.
Scoop into small balls, I weighed each one to be 55-60g. Chill these dough balls in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight. (Please do not skip this step, refrigerate it overnight for best results)
Once chilled, bake at 180C for about 11-12 minutes.
