• ½ cup coconut milk • 1 tbsp curry paste or powder • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp lime juice • Pinch of salt

Lemon Butter Garlic

• 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1 tbsp lemon juice • ½ tsp chili flakes • Salt & pepper to taste
