Miso Steak with Broccoli Salad

½ cup white miso paste
½ cup rice wine vinegar
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
2 1-inch steaks
1 teaspoon avocado oil
1 teaspoon toasted white sesame seeds

Directions
Add the marinade ingredients to a bowl. Add the steak and the marinade, making sure the steak has been covered all over. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
When read to cook, wipe off excess marinade. Reverse Sear.
