One-Pot Meat Spaghetti

Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 tbsp onion powder

- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth

- 1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounces (or 3.25oz tomato paste, add additional 5oz of chicken broth)

- 1/4 teaspoon sugar

- 1.5 tsp. salt or to taste

- 1.5 tsp. italian seasoning

- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles, broken

- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Brown meat and onions in a large stock pot over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

2. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, and spices; bring to a boil.

3. Add spaghetti, cover pan, and simmer 9-11 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking. You may need to add more broth or water as needed for desired consistency.

4. When spaghetti is tender, top with grated cheese.

5. Refrigerate leftovers within 2-3 hours.
