Ingredients

Protein + Base

1 ½ lb (680g) 93/7 lean ground turkey

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 small white onion, diced (70g)

4 cloves garlic, minced (12g)

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger (6g)

salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

Veggies

14–16 oz (425g) coleslaw mix

3 green onions, sliced (30g)

Flavor Sauce

¼ cup (60ml) low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp hoisin sauce (16g)

1 tbsp sriracha (15g)

1 tbsp honey (21g)

Black pepper to taste

CREAMY GINGER-GARLIC DRIZZLE

120g non-fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp honey (7g)

1 tsp rice vinegar

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp grated ginger

Water to thin

Directions

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil, onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 60–90 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned and slightly crispy.

Toss in coleslaw mix and cook 3–4 minutes until tender but still crisp.

Pour in the flavor sauce, stir well, and let simmer 2–3 minutes.

Remove from heat, top with green onions, and drizzle with sauce.
