Sushi Tacos

Ingredients

nori sheets

sushi rice (cooked + seasoned)

filling

fresh salmon, sliced

avocado, sliced

cream cheese

sriracha mayo

green onion, sliced

sesame seeds

soy sauce (for serving)

optional upgrades (HIGHLY recommend)

eel sauce drizzle

crispy onions or tempura flakes

spicy mayo + honey combo

Directions

cut nori sheets into circles. spread a thin layer of sushi rice on each piece.

bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 10–15 minutes until slightly crispy.

while still warm, gently fold into a taco shape and let them cool so they hold.

fill with cream cheese, salmon, avocado, and toppings. drizzle with sriracha mayo (don’t be shy).

serve with soy sauce and enjoy immediately.

pro tip: don’t overbake or the nori gets too hard — you want it crispy but still slightly flexible 👀
