Stuffed Pizza
Tastes just like a closed pizza and turned out incredibly delicious! 😍 You can customize the filling ingredients to your taste.
Ingredient for the dough
(My measuring cup is 200 ml)
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 packet instant dry yeast
• 1 level tablespoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• White of 1 egg (for the dough), yolk (for brushing on top)
• 4 to 5 cups flour (add gradually)
For the filling
• Grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
• Sliced sucuk (Turkish sausage)
• Diced red bell pepper
For the sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• Oregano, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
• ½ tea glass of water (to adjust consistency – about 50 ml)
Mix everything in a bowl. Feel free to adjust the spices and ingredients to your liking.

Instructions
1. Warm the milk and water.
2. In a bowl, mix all dough ingredients (except the flour).
3. Gradually add flour and knead until you get a soft, non-sticky dough.
4. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then knead again. Cover and let it rise.
5. Divide the risen dough into 12 equal portions. Shape each one as shown in the video and place them on a baking tray.
6. Let the shaped dough rest on the tray for 15–20 minutes. Then, using a stick or skewer, press again over the shaped lines.
7. Brush only the raised parts with egg yolk.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (without fan) until golden brown.
Don’t skip the final shaping step before baking—it helps them hold their form beautifully! 😍
