Gut Healthy Apple Salad

Obsessed with this apple salad lately! it tastes like apple pie but no oven needed! Plus it’s great for gut health and so easy to make🙌🏻

Recipe:

apples

filtered water

cinnamon

yogurt of choice

almond butter

toppings: granola, nuts, seeds, etc.

Directions

add you apples and cinnamon to a pot and fill the pot with filtered water until they’re barely submerged, bring to a boil and let them cook for about 8-10min then let them cool for a little before transferring to a container

assemble apple salad and store in fridge for about an hour before eating (optional but highly recommend)
