Miso Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

2 tbsp white miso paste

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tsp Trader Joe’s salmon rub (optional)

Sesame oil, to taste

Juice of ½ lime

Fresh grated ginger, to taste

1 large salmon filet

Recipe:

Whisk everything together, coat salmon generously, and air fry at 400°F until cooked to your liking and beautifully caramelized (timing will vary depending on thickness). Simmer the remaining sauce on the stovetop into a glaze while the salmon cooks. Serve over rice, drizzle with glaze, and top with scallions + sesame seeds.
