Directions
Brown chorizo in olive oil (BB chorizo works great. Add 1 diced white onion, 2 carrots, 3 ribs celery, 1 poblano, 1 green bell pepper, 10 garlic cloves and cook until soft. Add 1 packet taco seasoning, 2 bay leaves, 1 can diced green Chiles, 1 can black beans, and 28 oz diced fire roasted tomatoes. Add 4 cups chicken stock. Add salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and Mexican oregano. Add 1 big spoonful of pork bouillon from Penzey's. Cook until all melded. Top with Mexican Tillamook.
