Ingredients

1 lb ground Turkey (you can use ground beef or pork too)

1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix

4 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce

2 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp @choczero sugar free honey (discount code: lowcarblove)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp chili flakes

Pinch of salt & pepper

Green onion and sesame to top

Directions

In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp avocado oil and cook your ground turkey or beef until golden brown. Season with all of the seasonings listed.

Add your coleslaw mix, and allow this to cook down for 1-2 mins.

Add your coconut aminos or soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and honey.

Top with green onions, sesame seeds and extra sriracha if you’d like

I love pairing this with cauli rice, but you can eat it straight out of the pan too! 🙌🏼
