Apple Cobbler

2 cups granulated sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
12 cups sliced and peeled apples
2 tablespoons lemon
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 teaspoon teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Two eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Directions
In a large pan, add the granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apples. Gently stir and cook until boiling. Once spoiling cook for about five minutes. Stirring 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and set aside.
Thoroughly stir together, the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt cut in one half cup butter until crumbly. Add in eggs and milk and stir until moisten.
Turn apple mixture in large white pan. Spoon on biscuit topper. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
