Ingredients

4 Large Avocados

1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves

1 clove Garlic

1 tsp Flaked Sea Salt (optional)

2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

Directions

In a pestle and mortar, pound together the fresh coriander leaves, garlic, and flaked sea salt (if using) to create a paste. Set the paste aside.

Cut the large avocados in half and remove the stones.

Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado flesh until you achieve your desired consistency, whether you prefer a chunky or smooth texture.

Add the prepared paste to the mashed avocado and stir well to incorporate the flavours.

Squeeze fresh lime juice into the mixture and continue stirring until everything is thoroughly combined.

Cover the guacamole and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
