Honeycomb monkey bread with cream cheese inside

Ingredients:
320 g (2¼ cups) bread flour or 285 g all-purpose flour
125 ml (½ cup) milk
1 tsp instant yeast
28 g (2 tbsp or ⅛ cup) sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 large egg
¼ cup condensed milk
¼ cup cream cheese
Directions
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
Mix dough and prove. Make small balls and put a tsp of cream cheese inside. Pile up in a flat pan or mould.
Eggwash before baking. While still hot drizzle with condensed milk.
