Ingredients

12 oz. Italian sausage

3 large diced potatoes

1 chopped onion

3 oz. real bacon bits

5 1/2 cups water

2 1/4 tsp. garlic

2 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon

3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

4 - 5 cups kale

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Cook sausage. Add other ingredients, except kale and cream. Heat until potatoes are tender, 25 min. Turn heat off. When soup stops boiling, add kale. Stir a few times. Add whip cream. Stir and serve.

Notes

  • I like to add more potatoes
