These Snickerdoodles hit EVERY nostalgic cookie note… and they’re silly easy to make 👇
Cream 1 cup softened butter + 1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions
Add 2 eggs + 2 tsp vanilla
Whisk dry: 2 3/4 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp salt
Mix dry into wet
Chill dough 20–30 min (optional but helps!)
Cinnamon Sugar Roll:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Roll dough balls in the mix ➡️ Bake at 375°F for 8–10 min.
Edges set, centers soft = PERFECT. 🙌
