Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:

1 carton cherry tomatoes or 5 roma tomatoes, diced small

I jalapeño, diced fine, seeds removed

1/4 red onion, diced fine

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chopped cilantro, leaves only i tablespoon olive oil, more to taste if necessary juice of 1 lime

juice of 1/2 a lemon

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl

2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
