125g Extra lean beef mince

Half a small onion

60g canned corn

60g kidney beans

2 tablespoons of Mexican salsa

Mexican seasoning

25g Mexican cheese blend

optional avacado (half)

Microwave diced potatoes first for 5 minutes

Cook at 180 degrees celcius/ 350 farenheit for 50 minutes
