This is the fresh, crunchy salad you make once! No cooking needed 🔥

All you need:

Red onions

Persian cucumbers

Mini bell peppers

White distilled vinegar

Lemon

Oregano

Salt + pepper

Slice everything up, toss it in a bowl or jar, add the vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper, then mix it all together. 🙌🏼

Let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can soak in.
