Ingredients

2 Cans of Tuna

1 Teaspoon of Granulated Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric

1/2 Teaspoon of Dry Oregano

1/8 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika

1/2 Teaspoon of Dry Thyme

1/8 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

3 Swirls of Mustard

1.5 Tablespoons of Relish

5 Tablespoons of Mayo or till fluid but not soupy

Salt to Taste

Optional: 1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Mustard

Directions

  1. First drain the tuna cans of all juice

  2. Breakup tuna to smaller pieces for easier consumption but still leave some chunks

  3. Add the wet ingredients

  4. Quick mix

  5. Add spices

  6. Mix thoroughly till combined

  7. Taste for salt; add as needed

  8. Toast bread

  9. Serve
